Apartment complex at the Kaiserallee, directly at the beach promenade. Lift is available.

Inclusive: electricity, gas, heat. Exclusive: final cleaning € 60.00, bed linen and towels per person € 10.00 per stay. These extra fees are already included in the offer and in the booking. Pets are not allowed. Non smoking apartment. Garage parking no.18. One flat key you will receive upon arrival , a second key is in the apartment.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Easy cancellation warranty until 31.12.2021:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.

Cancellation policy from 1. 1.2022:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
